When the market changed, and we started seeing more and more Short Sales and Foreclosures, I knew I needed to update my education to prepare me to handle these files with professionalism and good knowledge. I received my certification as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) in 2009 so I can better serve my clients.

I am fluent in Spanish. I love hockey, play golf sporadically, fish when I can, and am active in my church. I have five children, and my wife Ninon and I are now empty-nesters and grandparents. We love it!
